Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, Vantorini will cover the full cost of the return shipping.
  • Change of Mind or Sizing Issues: If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within one business day with a return authorisation and the specific address of our UK-based returns facility.
  3. Ship Your Item Back: Securely package the item and send it to the UK address provided.

Important: Please do not send your return to the address on the original shipping label. We can only process returns sent to the specific UK address provided by our customer service team.

 

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
  • Processing: After approval, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

 

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once the item arrives. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded once an order has been dispatched.
