  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.
  • The return must be initiated within the 14-day window from the date of delivery.

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation and the specific address of our UK-based returns facility.

Step 3: Ship Your Item Back
Please securely package the item(s) and send them to the UK address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Important: Please do not send your return to the address on the original shipping label. We can only process returns sent to the specific UK address provided by our customer service team.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, Vantorini will cover the full cost of the return shipping. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • For Change of Mind or Sizing Issues: If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our UK facility, we will send you an email to confirm its status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to process an exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible. Alternatively, please contact our support team to discuss other exchange options.

 

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once the item arrives.
