Shipping Costs within the United Kingdom

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders to our customers within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or charges for delivery.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Timescale

Our total delivery timeline is a combination of handling time and transit time. Here is what you can expect:

  • Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
    This is the time required to process your order and prepare it for shipment at our fulfillment center.
  • Transit Time: 5-8 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
    This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your order to your UK address once it has been dispatched.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-10 Business Days.

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-3), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Please Note: To bring you a unique selection of quality products at great value, we partner with international fulfillment centers. Your order will be dispatched directly from one of these locations.

 

Shipping Carriers

We work with major international carriers like DHL and FedEx for the main transit of your order. Upon arrival in the United Kingdom, the final delivery is typically completed by Royal Mail. This trusted, hybrid approach ensures a reliable and efficient shipping process.

Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the item.
