- Order Cut-off Time: Our order cut-off is 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options for our UK customers:

Standard Tracked Shipping (Free):
- Transit Time: 5-8 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-10 Business Days.

Express Tracked Shipping (£7.00 GBP):
- Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 Business Days.
Please note: The delivery times provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Upon arrival in the UK, final delivery is typically completed by a local courier such as Royal Mail or Evri.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For all orders shipped to the United Kingdom, we guarantee a smooth delivery process. Vantorini handles all customs procedures, and the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There will be no additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes requested upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery on our tracking page.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the item.
